Advanced mapping of an float value to a Document template
Hello, i've tried to map a float value with many decimal Digits to a document template as described under : http://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/index.html?configuring_a_word_template.htm The FormatNumber feature doesn't format the float value to a value with 2 decimal Digits. Does the FormatNumber configuration only apply to currency values? Regards

Result of Query not up to date
Hello, i have a Query what shown for example a boolean field in a Result. If i have edit the Value in a Task and only save the Task and not continue, the changed value is not refresh in a new Query Result. If i continue the Task, the Value is now up to date in a new Query Result. Is this behavior desirable ? I use the Version 10.7.0.21.26

How do I define the performers so that the information of the approval or disapproval of the collaborators is written in the line of the collection defined in the request? Bizagi Studio crash at start
When I start BizagiStudio it fails and I get this error from EventView, I believe that some xml file is corrupted like appsettings.xml because it is empty, how do I solve this problem? adding collection items from multiple cases into 1 collection
Hello, Would it be possible within Bizagi 11 to add collection items from multiple cases in a common collection? Business scenario: periodically a client delivers data to a business process. Each delivery of data is a new case. In the process there is timer with a business rule to evaluate which collection item is the first to be processed. It's like a waiting line. Each case joins the waiting line. The timer's business rules decides which case is next to be processed. Kind regards

Unable to execute Query form for Master Entity on Virtualized View
But when I make a Query Form to the Master Entity Virtualized to an external View, it will not execute in the Work Portal. First of all in the Work Portal 'Queries' drop down, I see Other Entities, then a selection called 'DisplayName' instead of the Master Entity name. Then under 'DisplayName' I do see my query form, but when I select it, I get the 9 square grid status icon refreshing indefinitely. After many minutes I have to just kill the browser. Has anyone successfully executed query forms to a master entity defined on a virtualized View (not Table, but View - on a table works fine)? Thanks - Jeff Puuri

Bizagi Database is SQL 2014, Bizagi 10.7 Virtualized database is also SQL 2014. Created two master entities in Bizagi. One is virtualized to a Table in the external database,but the other is to a View. Everything is fine in Modules view, I can browse the Values for each, so the connection appears good. Integration with Alfresco Community 5.2 - url error
Hello, Guys! I'm new to Bizagi Studio, but I'm trying to add Alfresco Community 5.2 as an external system in my studio. Also the link doesn't open in my browser - it gives me 404 error. How can I format parts of a document template?
I want to make a dinamic document template, using a parameter entity where I save topics. To edit those topics I am using the RTF editor widget. Each topic is a row on my topic entity. It works perfectly as I can edit the form of the parameter entity. The only problem is when I associate it to the document template, the text is showed with html tags. I tried to use an algorithm to clean tags but I clean formatting as well. I would like to have an editor exactly as the RTF editor widget offers me, but incorporating the text in the file .docx without see html tags. Is it possible? Best regards, Marcia

Can Summary form show entered Task data currently in Activity scope
I have read about Scopes and want to know if it prevents the following. I have a Summary form so other users can view entered data for process tasks. I would like to use the Summary form for other users to see the data entered on a particular task after the assigned user has pressed Save, but before they press Next. If I understand correct, the data is still in the Activity scope. Is it possible for a Summary form invoked by other users to see the data in that scope?

calculation within collection
This the business need is to filter a collection so that only one item is editable. So the filter should only find the one item with the lowest value of a specific attribute in the collection. I understand how to set a filter within a collection. In http://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/index.html?filtering_xpath.htm I cannot find such an operator. How do I remove a user from Stakeholder group?
I can add users via Admin > Stakeholders, but for the life of me can't figure out how to remove them! If I select to edit an existing associated user, I can click the trashcan icon, but when I click save, i get an error of "The Full Name field cannot be empty." Can somebody highlight what must be the obvious step I'm missing please?

From String to Integer
Hello, How to get from String to Integer? The business scenario is that an external party sends a data file periodically. The format of a certain field is string. For example, 2017_01 (year 2017, month of January, ). Every time this data is received a collection item is added to a collection in Bizagi. In this collection I need to perform certain calculation. Thus, there is a need to set the data 2017_17 (string) into another attribute 201701 (integer). So I need rule that takes away the "_" and reads 201701 as integer and not string format. Is this possible within Bizagi? If so, do you have an example? Best regards, Justin
