Hello, today bizagi modeler sent me request to update. After update installation and system reboot I can't launch bizagi modeler. No errors, no messages, just silence. I can that process is running in task manager. When I end BizagiModeller.exe process and try start modeler through desktop icon as Administrator the process appears in task manager again, but application doesn't start. I have Windows 7. I double checked system requirements. It's fine. I have latest Microsoft .NET Framework. How to restore previous version? or how to fix latest update issue?

How to sizing BizAgi's log file before run the process?
Hi people! We are workig in an assessment of IT infra for BizAgi Server and BizAgi DB for a Customer of BizAgi. Even know that BizAgi best practice prays to "avoid enabling the log and trace files", Customer wants to at least tracing and logging whole process execution at least for 2 months. (Core business process). As We are assessing their IT infra, and Log and Trace files will impact storage amount available, We want to know if there is any rule, math or method to estimate the necessary storage space in their server. Is there any recipt or suggestion? They do not want to run the process even in testing or homologation environment because these also willl be assessed and probably a new IT infra will be acquired. How to pospone set timer
I have event in the process in which the user set the Reminder date for 3 to 4 days to remind him to work on but in some case he/she need to postpone the date to work earlier than reminder date. How i can cancel or reset the reminder that so he/she can work on that case. Here is the expression in timer event. Me.EstimatedSolutionDate = <USTSChangeControl.ReminderDate>; Can you please let me know who i can reset the reminder date. Thanks

Timestamp off by 1 hr on the scrip event
I have script to store timestamp into entity table. Script is simply set "DateTime.Now" to the database column. The system time on the both Application Server (JBoss) and SQL Server show same, (US Eastern) However value is saved 1 hour off on Bizagi entity table. Is there time zone set somewhere? otherwise why 1 hour off? //--------------------------------------------- <EntityTable.EventDate>=DateTime.Now;

Alert on a button
On a Submit button, I want to show the user , an option of "Are you sure"?, something like this, Bizagi has the options of Save, Next and Validate. I tried finding some alert on the 'Validate expression, but couldnt find it, Any help will be appreciated. Idea is that the user presses button "Submit", pop up comes up asking "Are you sure", if press "Yes" it proceeds on "No" it stops. Its standard javascript, but don't know if executable in Bizagi?

Hello, I am trying to connect to an Oracle Database. I installed ODAC as in the official Bizagi guide, but when I try to insert information for Data Provider in "Data Virtualization" wizard, I'm getting the following error: ORA-12154:TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified I tried also to add a TNSNames.ora in the oracle_home/network/admin folder, but still nothing changes.

Error Object reference not set to an instance of an object
I'm working in a project and Bizagi present the error box to Continue or Quit, I press Continue and the error appear Object reference not set to an instance of an object. I press Ok and the next windows error appear and I have to quit the program and restart the pc. I´m using the 3.1.0.11 with Windows 7.

Bizagi Studio stopped working
Hey, i got the problem that as soon as i start Bizagi studio, a white window with the title "sign in" appears and then i get the error message that Bizagi studio stopped working...and the program shuts down... Already checked system requirements which should be fine with my system... Also tried repairing the program and reistall it...
