Hi, I am a new member. Is it possible to create our own numbering system for steps and processes in Studio? Is it possible to be able to pull and report on multiple processes/steps using the numbering system. Thanks for any help.

Move existing elements into a new container
Hi I have created a form with nested layouts, and now I want to wrap it inside a container (group). Is there a way to mark the layouts (the layout on the highest level) and drag everything into the container or do I have to create the layouts inside the container and move all the single elements? Organise interfaces into external systems
While it is possible to organise available interfaces (both SOAP and REST) into external systems, this information is not taken into consideration when defining integration endpoints in the corresponding wizard step. As a result when having endpoints with identical / similar titles it is really hard to choose the right one. The suggestion is to organise interfaces into external systems in Wizard view, similar to Modules view.

Unable to get Policy Decission table values on Click of Custom Button
Hi, I have created new Business Rule and I have created multiple decision tables to set the conditions. Now my concern is calling policy tables on button click. I need to get the values from policy decision tables on click of my custom button. We tried in the Bizagi 10.5 version but page submit option was not there in 10.5 version. Now we are working on Bizagi 11.0 version. From the latest version also we could not be able to do this. Is there any way to call Policy decision table data on click of Custom button (Not Save or Next Button). Please assist me on this. Thanks, Balakrishnaiah B.

Define CurrentAssigneeBoss_Level2? More than one boss per user
I intend to establish more than one boss to a user. Both of these bosses are direct superiors and are at the same hierarchical level. To do this I understand that is a way to define which user is " CurrentAssigneeBoss_Level2 " because in the performers area, I select the task to be assigned to "Current Assignee Boss" and " CurrentAssigneBoss_Level2 " . How should I proceed? Do you see another way to do it using the best practices of Bizagi ?

I downloaded zip file, overwrite current files. Nothing happened, what I get is only popup with 'Error message were found validating the diagram. After that I re install Bizagi (downloaded it once again from your site) and overwrite installation files with files you provided, same effect. I use Windows 10 64bit.

Problemas con integración con Oracle
Buen día He tratado de trabajar con Bizagi y Oracle, pero no he logrado salir del problema que dice "Could not resolve the instance" Instalé Oracle 11G (version 11.2.0.1.0 la cual es la que se encuentra disponible en la pagina de Oracle) y también instale el cliente ODP.NET. 11.2.0.3.20, Bizagi Studio se encuentra ubicado en la dirección C:\Program_Files y el cliente en C:\OraClient. Estoy trabajando en Windows 7 arquitectura de 64 bits. Estoy desesperada y no logro saber como solucionar mi problema, ya he leído las ayudas de la documentación de Bizagi pero siento que todo lo tengo al pie de la letra. Me podrian colaborar, lo agradezco inmensamente. Feliz día.

Where do I see the process and activities informations (description, extended fields) in the portal?
My processes where fully documented with descriptions (process and activities), extended fields (including attached screens), etc. Wasn´t that supposed to be available in the Portal ? Where do I find It. Excuse me if it is a silly question, but I did not manage to find it.

Viewing process attributes at runtime
Is there a way to view process attributes dynamically at runtime? I have attributes that are not shown to the user, which would be handy to view at runtime in a debug manner, without having to create query/form. In fact, I tried with a query but there was no obvious way to build an attribute on the query for the sub-process. Ideas?

How can I Export Processes after Deployed without Generating new Versions
I need to update processes manuals and would like to use publishing features of Bizagi Studio. However, Bizagi does not allow me to open the processes after deployed without changing its version. Is there any alternative way to do it ?

Previously unsaved information still shows up when user navigate back and forth in work portal
steps to reproduce 1. go to inbox 2. click on assigned case number 3. fill the form but do not SAVE 4. click on back arrow on the top left corner 5. now again from inbox , click on the same assigned case number 6. notice that unsaved information still shows up 7. was expecting it would refresh and show values only if it is saved
