Hi Team, Is it possible to search for a case with one of the values in the Inbox columns. Currently, I can only search with the case number ( Request Number in below example). Is it possible to search/filter tasks based on some values like end user name / assigned to / sales company etc? In below example I want to search and see all case for END USER - QUIRON SALUD, however it shows no results. I saw on Bizagi Help, that this search field can be only used to search with the request number (case number). However, it is very obvious that the users do not remember it always, what they will remember is their business information, so it makes sense to search and list cases via business information. Kindly advise, is there any possiblity to let them search cases based on business information as well. Regards, Swati

Hello Again, I need to show a list of current Users Assigned and Task in a summary/query/form, something like: Actity User AssignedSince TASK-A JOEL 13/07/2016 TASK-B CHARLIE 12/07/2016 in this case task-a and task-b are the currents task of the process (in paralel). OData 4.0 integration
http://www.odata.org/ ODATA so that users can use Excel + Power Query to pull data from entities stored in the Bizagi DB. No programming required. The full XPath should be exportable. The Query functionality is limited to just one entity and not collections within it, which severely limits this functionality. Our customers don't want to download data from 10 different entities into Excel and then do the joins within Excel. OData to complement the current REST model that requires programming to pull data. Writing a custom process putting the data into a single entity collection, populating it via a script, then display a grid + Excel button is doable, but time consuming. Needs to be deployed. Currently I am doing a parallel database that is in the same SQL server, with the Views that the customer wants, and setting up ODBC to connect to that database for doing SELECT * FROM view_name WHERE filter_condition However many large companies don't allow direct SQL access, even through ODBC, between a users' desktop machine and the SQL server host. OData would be a nice addition for Enterprise level customers.

WorkflowEngineSOASoap.createCases TimeoutException
Hello, We encountered a problem with WorkflowEngineSOASoap.createCases. We have a process with ECM attachment field. Sometimes, when we start process through WorkflowEngineSOASoap.createCases with attachment filled, we face a TimeoutException, but process are created anyway and we can't handle ProcessId. We tried to set different sendTimeout options in web.config (30sec, 1 min, 2min, 5 min), but nothing changes. As far as we understand, process should not be created if there are mistake. In our architecture we have sharepoint as ECM system.

Good afternoon. When creating a connection between Oracle and BizAgi Studio shows the error attached. My version of Oracle 's " Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.3.0 - Prod ." Studio Version: 10.7 ODAC version : Oracle 10g Release 2 ODAC and Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio .NET File: ODTwithODAC1020221.exe That was the only configuration that did. Guardar y recoger datos de un proceso finalizado a otro
Hola buenos dias, Estoy realizando un proyecto que consiste en la automatización de procesos referidos a los TFM de Master universitarios. en dicho proyecto tengo modelados varios procesos como por ejemplo realizar una solicitud de TFM, retirar la solicitud de TFM, Asignar TFM, Revisar memoria TFM... y mi duda es la siguiente: no se como almacenar documentos, información o datos de un proceso a otro. Es decir, si creo una solicitud de TFM, que luego de alguna manera una vez finalizado ese proceso, esa solicitud, sea almacenada y se pueda coger en el proceso de retirar solicitud y poder retirarla. Es decir, no sé guardar y recoger datos de un proceso a otro. Espero me puedan ayudar, un saludo.

Bizagi only supports users inside the local Bizagi and Administrators group. Improving LDAP Integration
Hello, our company is using the active directory for user management. Using synchronisation features is highly recommended. 1. Testing Attribute MappingThe test is not working the same way as the real sync does. The test does not take the database constraints into account. -> This bug should be fixed. 2. LDAP-Sync on demand At this moment, bizagi supports sync at full hour. In test scenarios this is big handicap (especially keeping point 1. in mind). In production environment it is unnecessary to wait for the next cycle to sync attributes. -> This Feature is highly recommended. 3. Attribute Mapping Mapping simple attributes like name, fullname, mail, mobile and so on works as expected. Mapping "idUser = employeeID" is ignored by bizagi, because idUser seems to be generated by a sequence. Mapping the idBossuser does not match with ist employeeID consequently. Assigning one person as a default value seems to work (the dropdown box offers the names) but does not make sense in a company with a hierarchical structure. -> It is highly recommended to improve the mapping, e.g. adding the employeeID as attribute and use this column to map boss and delegate. The same way should be used to arrange users to areas, locations ... I'm looking forward to get your feedback. Best regards, Oliver

tengo la siguiente situacion. se complpeta la fecha de fin de un proyecto y los dias de duracion y debo calcular la fecha de inicio. Si uitilio la funcion addDays me resta a la fecha de fin dias corridos, no habiles. hay alguna forma de solucionarlo?

Diagram Path on Work Portal
Hello, It would be cool if in upcoming versions of Bizagi we get to know how many times a path or a task was activated in a case with Diagram Path. In attached image the task "Task 1" was activated 3 times, but in actual version we can't know that.

Bizagi version could not be published
Hello, when running the project in development environment, i get the folowing error: Bizagi version could not be published (look napaka.png). In console I get: Internal Exception: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Error: "java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not generate DH keypair". Error Code: 0 Can somebody help me? Thank you. Regards, Maja

User sees team task in inbox
Hi Team, Currently, in the inbox user can see only cases assigned to himself. Is it possible that he can see cases of his team - unassigned or assigned to other team members. He can of course not work on such case, but he can still see a global non-editable form on click of the case link shown in the inbox? Regards, Swati

Add & edit option/ button in table not working only allow two records
I have 1:* relationship with two table in model so I am using table to add collection, In addition I am using separate form to add, edit and view in table collection. it was working fine since we project to server these table options i.e add and edit are very temperamental, some time it shows option and some time is not. some time it allows to add two record max and then next and save button disappear on main form I am following this tutoral http://help.bizagi.com/bpmsuite/en/index.html?table_validations.htm please review attached screen shoots

I tried to define performers to a task with a easy nested condition. My organisation defines different skills and differernt areas. The skills and areas are assiged to the users. Case Numbering - How to know previous case number?
Hi Team, Currently I have a case number - T - YYYYMMDD000 - B I have few questions: This 000 in above format is a three - digit sequence, is it possible to reset it on a daily basis. So every day this sequence starts with 001? & i have an idea already for this I need to know Where can I get the last case number from, if I can get the last case number created and check the date, and if its date + 1 then I can reset the sequence. Is it possible to overwrite the case number with a new number: For eg: Case number created is T-20160721005-B, In case on first screen user gives an old number T-20160405006-B, can I rename the new case number from T-20160721005-B to T-20160405006-001-B, this is just to show that the new case is a branch of old case mentioned by the user. Error when creating a project using Oracle DB
Dear friends, I have been trying to create a new project in Bizagi Studio using a remote Oracle database but I'm getting the next errors: I have done all the configurations: 1.- Created a BizagiAdmon user in my Oracle 11G database. 2.- I have installed the ODAC x32 and x64 (cause I have an x64 architecture machine). I have installed Bizagi Studio in Windows 10 using JEE 10.7.0.2082 in order to run the project in a JBOSS Server (if i use a sql server database I do not have this problem.. it only happens with Oracle Databases). I have read in other post and the problem seems to be with a file called ModelOracle11g. The version of my remote DB is: Oracle Database 11g Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production Please help me. We need to test a process.

Created a field with list of values as a parameter. When the form is loading in the Bizagi Engine, set the default the value to "new". Please suggest
